Our Client is a leading mobile game developer based in a Berlin (Germany), with a proven track record of creating chart-topping, high-quality games. For our Client we are searching for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team. You will be part of the Business Development team, standing at the crossroads of their products and business partners, building connections for both sides, working closely with mobile advertising platforms and ad solution providers. Coupling strategic marketing, strong negotiation skills, a complete picture of industry trends, along with creative problem solutions, the Business Development team presents our Client's brands to the whole industry.

What are you working on?
  • Platforms: Mobile
For which tasks (responsibilities)?
  • Develop partnerships and relationships with ad networks, providers and app stores.

  • Work with product and UA teams to optimize ad campaigns and resolve issues.

  • identify leads, negotiate deals, and network at industry events.

  • Stay up-to-date with mobile advertising trends and competitors.

What kind of professional are we looking for?
  • 1 - 2 years' prior industry related business development experience, preferably in game dev/IT industry.

  • Fluent in English and German is a must.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Self-motivated, attentive to detail, analytical and persuasive.

  • Able to work flexibly and urgently as needed.

Nice to have:

  • Being a fan of mobile and computer games. You’ll be working with game developers on games, so it’s always a plus to have a passion for the vertical that you’re working on.

  • Passion for mobile/PC games and technology.

  • Knowledge of other languages.
