Due to the business expansion, we are looking for a Marketing Creative Producer to join our Marketing Team.

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
Creative Production
Lead the production of marketing creatives for HyperVR titles across multiple platforms.
Ensure high quality and consistency of visual assets across marketing channels.
Marketing Assets
Oversee the creation of key marketing assets including trailers, key art, screenshots, logos, and store visuals.
Ensure all assets are optimized for store pages and marketing platforms.
Hands-on creative work
Contribute directly to the creation of marketing assets including video content, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
Produce short-form content optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
Influencer & creator content
Collaborate with creators and influencers to produce creator-driven marketing content.
Ensure influencer content aligns with campaign goals and brand positioning.
Perfomance & optimization
Analyze performance of marketing creatives across platforms.
Use data and insights to improve future creatives and overall creative direction.
Cross-team collaboration
Work closely with the Marketing Lead to execute marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and creative teams to ensure strong campaign execution.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
3+ years of experience in marketing creative production in the gaming industry.
Experience growing social media presence through organic content.
Experience managing and optimizing store page creative assets.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Video production and editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar).
Graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator or equivalent).
Motion graphics for short-form social media content.
Experience producing store page assets (trailers, screenshots, logos, key art).
Understanding of platform-specific formats for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
